Project No. 1: Provide labor, materials, tools and equipment required to complete the foundations plans as indicated in the drawings provided by House Plan Zone architects dated October 16, 2019 as listed in attachment A.3. The project consists of an approximate 2,400 SF single story house located at 14723 Helen St., Southgate, MI 48195. The selected contractor will be required to adapt plans as required to meet all applicable codes for the site. Contractor shall also verify all dimensions with floor plan prior to construction and make any necessary adjustments. Waterproofing will be required to meet all applicable codes and contractor shall verify footing sizes and locations by their structural engineer. Contractor to provide adequate drainage based on existing site conditions. Any permitting and fees required by the local jurisdiction shall be included in your proposal.
