Summary of Specifications:
The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is soliciting quotes for preventative maintenance & inspection services; and repair services for air compressor systems & related equipment (Section: 3) at SMART bus terminals at the locations specified in (Section: 4). SMART intends to award a three (3) year contract with two (2) additional one year options to renew. It is SMART’s intent to award the contract to one vendor, however, SMART reserves the right to award to multiple bidders if SMART, at its sole option, deems such action to be in its best interests. SMART reserves the right to make an award for a one (1), two (2), or three (3) year period with or without renewal options.
