Description

The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) requires the services of a General Planning Consultant (GPC) team to provide support for staff to accomplish various transportation planning functions related to multiple projects. It is the intent of this GPC program to provide SMART with the expertise and flexibility necessary to carry out the needs of the organization on a timely and “as needed” basis. Services will be conducted on a Task Order basis with a detailed scope of work being developed for each project.
