The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is soliciting quotes for implementation of energy savings recommendations per the ASHRAE level 2 energy audit. The facility that is in need of such implementation of energy saving is the Lake Erie Transit Center (LETC) located at 1105 West 7th Street, Monroe MI 48161.
