RFP-14-1560A - Remove & Install New Roofs at Wayne Terminal & ROTC

Summary of Specifications:
The contract awarded hereunder shall be for the removal and installation of new roofs at the Wayne Terminal and Royal Oak Transit center (ROTC). 

The prices quoted in the Bid shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, fees, drawings, permits, and all necessities and incidentals (including those not directly specified) required to provide working end products and services as specified herein. 

All parts shall be in good working order and new. Used reconditioned or obsolete parts will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any one part shall be an exact interchangeable duplicate in manufacture and design, and furnished as specified, but where brand names are used, consider the terms “or approved equal” to follow. All prices quoted are net and shall reflect any available discount.
