Summary of Specifications:
The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation is soliciting competitive proposals for the Renovation of the Central Dispatch at the SMART Oakland Facility. The successful contractor will begin construction and install all equipment according to all OSHA guidelines. The awarded contractor must visit the location for coordination and installation of the work. All unit prices shall include design, delivery, FOB destination, off-loading, and installation. The contract shall be a firm-fixed price contract. The illustration shown in section 2 is a blue print of the central dispatch area currently. A pre-bid meeting is set for September 12th 2:00 P.M. at the Oakland facility to view the facility.
