aspects of the work include, but are not limited to:
1. Concrete repairs
2. Replacement of joint sealants
3. Routing and sealing of open slab cracks
4. Replacement and repair of expansion joint sealing systems
5. Replacement of joint sealants at exterior façade
6. Needle glazing at stair towers
7. Installation of traffic coating (deck coating)
8. Replacement of existing floor drains
9. Replacement of damaged storm drainage piping
10. Installation of concrete sealer
11. Installation of elastomeric coating
12. Installation of pavement markings
