The Village of Beverly Hills is seeking competitive bids to complete land clearing and hydro seed installation at Riverside Park. The project consists of grinding all dead/weed trees, invasive buckthorn, weeds, and fallen wood on the project grounds and shoreline, installing 324 yards of topsoil to a finished grade, and hydro seeding the project site with a mix of rye and bluegrass.
