DESCRIPTION: The Village of Romeo is requesting proposals from qualified service providers to assist in video recording and distribution of Village meetings and other video recording and distribution of content. The primary objective, Basic Services, is to video record and distribute Village meetings. A secondary objective, Value-Added Services, is to provide video recording and distribution of community events, including festivals, parades, school functions and other items of interest to the residents of the Village of Romeo. The Village expects Respondents to develop and implement a customized plan to fulfill the objective.
