Walled Lake Consolidated School District (“School District”) seeks to consider a contractual relationship with an experienced and qualified individual or company to provide complete Owner Representative Services to the School District as outlined in Appendix A in the Request for Proposal related to the 2024 Capital Improvement Bond Projects and completion of the 2019 Bond work, in cooperation with the services of an Architect, Construction Manager and/or other applicable consultants obtained or approved by the School District.
Must be able to serve as liaison between professional service providers and district staff. Proposals must demonstrate an understanding of the scope of work and an ability to provide a full- range of Owner Representative Services related thereto in an efficient and cost-effective manner, while maintaining a high level of performance, professionalism, expertise, and reliability. The Respondent's duties shall be as set forth throughout the RFP, Appendix A and in any resulting contract. The Respondent should carefully review all terms prior to submitting a proposal. Additionally, given the potential complexity of the School District’s Bond Projects, every aspect of required Owner Representative Services may not be detailed in the RFP, yet the Respondent shall perform such services as reasonably necessary for the Project and/or as are typically performed by an Owner Representative in the industry for a school project of similar size and complexity.
