Summary of Specifications:
Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission (WCPARC) needs to completely replace the existing asphalt shingle roof on the Pierce Lake Golf Course – Clubhouse with an entirely new roof system. Work must be completed by an experienced, State of Michigan licensed contractor, and be a manufacturer’s certified installer. The CONTRACTOR must include and provide manufacturer’s warranty on shingles and “ice-guard” systems, plus a ten (10) year installation warranty on roof workmanship.
