The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain bids from qualified CONTRACTORS to provide the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair the farmhouse and chicken coop at Staebler Farm. Staebler Farm County Park is located at 7734 Plymouth Road, in Superior Township, Michigan.
The work will involve making critical repairs to the farmhouse and chicken coop, including: removing two chimneys, repointing the foundation, replacement of the roof system and gutters, repairing windows, siding, fascia, and soffits, general carpentry, painting, and other repairs as identified. Bidders must complete the Experience and Qualifications section of this RFP. Based on the response to this RFP, including, experience, ability, financial standing, and bid prices submitted, the County will select a CONTRACTOR to best provide the required services.
