Upon request of Washtenaw County, the proposed Contractor will provide outfitting services (i.e., interior and/or exterior for emergency equipment & lighting, special equipment & lighting, vehicle graphics, rear and front-end equipment, and other as needed outfitting services) for various Washtenaw County Government fleet vehicles and other vehicles being used for Washtenaw County Government purposes. The fleet will include, but not limited to, pick-up trucks, cargo vans, SUVs, police interceptor sedans & inceptor SUVs, snowplow vehicles, and passenger vans (i.e., 8, 10, 12, or 15 passengers).
Contractor understands and agrees that all worked assigned by the County must be completed within the time frame established by the County for that work. In the event the work is not completed within the timeframe, the County reserves the right to remove the work from Contractor and award it to another vendor.
The parties agree that from time to time the County may purchase parts to be used in completing the services under this contract. Contractor agrees to store each part(s) separately from Non-County parts (i.e., other parts which the Contractor may have on site) and to permit County to remove such parts from storages that may be necessary should be reassigned to another vendor as described above.
