Upon request of Washtenaw County, the proposed Contractor will provide outfitting services (i.e., interior and/or exterior for emergency equipment & lighting, special equipment & lighting, vehicle graphics, rear and front-end equipment, and other as needed outfitting services) for various Washtenaw County Government fleet vehicles and other vehicles being used for Washtenaw County Government purposes. Contractor agrees that if parts are not being reused on another vehicle, Contractor will return the parts with a detailed list of the parts being returned. The fleet will include, but not limited to, pick-up trucks, cargo vans, SUVs, police interceptor sedans & inceptor SUVs, snowplow vehicles, and passenger vans (i.e., 8, 10, 12, or 15 passengers).
Contractor understands and agrees that all worked assigned by the County must be completed within the time frame agreed upon by the County and Contractor. Timeframe will be established at the time the work is assigned. In the event the work is not completed within the timeframe, the County reserves the right to remove the work from Contractor and award it to another vendor.
