RFP-6193 - Licensed Independent & Agencies Providing Practitioner Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Washtenaw Community Health Organization (WCHO), on behalf of the CMHPSM, is requesting applications from individuals and agencies interested in providing Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) services for persons with a mental illness or a developmental disability. The CMHPSM service area encompasses Washtenaw, Livingston, Lenawee, and Monroe Counties. Successful applicants will work closely with Washtenaw Community Support and Treatment Services (CSTS), and/or Livingston Community Mental Health Authority (CMHA), and/or Lenawee CMHA, and/or Monroe CMHA. These are the organizations designated to provide case management and other professional services to consumers of community mental health services in their respective counties. The goal of the CMHPSM is to empower individuals to be as self-reliant as possible. The CMHPSM follows the principles of person centered planning and self determination for all individuals. Services available vary in levels and intensity depending on the needs and goals of those served.
