Summary of Specifications:
The Washtenaw County Children’s Services Department is currently making a Request for Proposal (RFP) to consider for 2010 and 2011 fiscal year funding. These funds are targeted for activities that address the County priority for residential substance abuse services for court-involved youth.

The County also has an interest in funding those programs that demonstrate successful outcomes; therefore the RFP emphasizes an Outcome Model as described in the Proposal Instructions.
