RFP 6389 - Restroom Construction

Summary of Specifications:
Washtenaw County invites bids for new construction of two freestanding restrooms at two different locations on the golf course at Pierce Lake Golf Course and Park, 1175 S. Main Street, Chelsea, MI. Work includes demolition and removal of existing vault toilets and replacement with two new masonry comfort stations of approximately 225 sq. ft. each with a large roof overhang. Building trades include demolition, masonry, carpentry, roofing, concrete placement, painting, electrical and mechanical. The Contractor shall provide water, sanitary and power connections to Owner provided well, septic field and electric box to each building. Owner seeks general contractor bids. The project has an essential construction completion date of August 1, 2008.
