RFP-6831 REBID - Septic Pumping & Waste Water Systems Maintenance

Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this document is to provide interested vendors with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by WCPARC for Septic Pumping and Waste Water Systems Maintenance Services for Various Parks and Recreation Locations as described below. The scopes of services include but not limited to the following: provide all necessary tools, equipment, labor, supervision and permits in order to perform waste removal, system maintenance and system inspection services as described. All maintenance and or repair work to be authorized by WCPARC staff. WCPARC has eight parks that require periodic septic tank pumping services. Tank capacities vary from five hundred to eighteen thousand gallons and range from pit toilet applications to large engineered systems. WCPARC currently has ten (10) vault toilets which must be pump at least annually and/or upon request. Vault toilets will be pumped removing sludge, bottles, cans and other debris. All other septic systems are to be pumped every three (3) to five (5) years. Septic tanks with drain fields will be pumped in such a manner as to remove all sludge and solid waste material along with the effluence in the tanks. All tanks will be inspected during and after the pumping process to insure proper cleaning and that the integrity of the tank is serviceable.
