RFP-6458 - State Prevention Framework - Washtenaw/Livingston Substance Survey

Summary of Specifications:
A. To assess substance use, prevention risk and protective factors, behaviors, beliefs and attitudes among randomly selected Washtenaw County and Livingston County adults and youth (ages 12-17 years old) using a population percentage split of 2/3 of respondents from Washtenaw County and 1/3 of respondents from Livingston county to ensure a statistically representative portion. Parent-child diads (adult and youth responses from the same family) should make up about 80% of the total survey responses (n=1000) that will make up the sample from Washtenaw and Livingston counties. ( Please see attached youth and adult matrices on pages 5-9) B. All survey and data analysis work must be completed and invoiced by September 30, 2009. Proposals for this project not to exceed $40,000 in total to accomplish the above, including data analysis, weighting and final report should be submitted in accordance with the project timeline included in this RFP.
