RFP-6655 - Worker's Compensation Insurance and Third Party Administrator

Summary of Specifications:
To obtain competitive proposals for the Worker’s Compensation coverages of Washtenaw County. They are intended to provide the necessary exposure and rating information and to advise of the limits, coverage provisions, and other program features that are of interest. They are not intended to be restrictive. We encourage you to include in your proposal any ideas for improvement that you might have. Worker’s Compensation is a one year term, but open to three years. 

Washtenaw County is interested in a multiple year proposal from the Third Party Administrator. We would like to have a three year contract with guaranteed rates with an option for three one-year extensions. Include relevant information regarding how the multi-year contract will work, any conditions, liquidation fee, cancellation provisions, loss ratio conditions etc.
