Waterford School District is accepting bid proposals for roof repairs at (20) Buildings in the Waterford School District and replacement of (4) asphalt shingle roofs; (2) at John D. Pierce Middle School and (2) at the Central Warehouse. Scope of work to be in accordance with the Project Manual and Drawing Specifications by SME per project number 088273.00. Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Site visits will begin at Mott at 10:00AM. Following the walkthrough at Mott, other site visits will follow, directly. Sealed proposals will be received until Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 2:00PM and opened via virtual meeting. Questions should be directed to Kyle M.
