- RSVP with Destination Pass Form attached to email at purchasing.questions@wcaa.us. See solicitation for Destination Pass Form. Attendees using the Destination Pass Form must be pre-approved by Airport Authority Security. Non-Badged attendees without an approved Destination Pass will not be allowed on the site tour.
- Must bring a valid Government ID.
- Site Tour attendees will be required to go through TSA screening; therefore, all TSA rules will apply to attendees (no liquids over 3 oz, may need to remove shoes, belts, etc.).
Note: Airport Authority staff will be available at this meeting to answer questions about this RFP. Attendance at the meeting is strongly encouraged for the entities that will be submitting a proposal. The only public entrance to the Michael Berry Administration Building is located inside of the Evans Terminal, at the north end of the Ticket Lobby Level (Departures Level). The closest parking available is at the Big Blue Deck Parking Structure (walkway is on the 4th level). Bring your parking ticket for a parking validation sticker
