In lieu of an onsite meeting, a virtual (audio-only) Pre-Response Conference concerning this RFQ will be held, at the date, and time indicated on the cover page to this RFQ. Staff will be available at this meeting to answer questions about this RFQ. On-line attendance at the meeting is strongly encouraged for the entities that will be submitting a Response that will be signatory on a contract with the Airport Authority for the work contained in this RFQ, as well as subcontractors interested in participating on the Teams of Bidders.
