Summary of Specifications:
INTRODUCTION: Through this RFQ, the Airport Authority hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit responses for the purpose of contracting one or more law firms to provide legal services in a variety of matters. The Respondent(s) deemed technically qualified may perform the required legal services under the terms of a single legal services contract with the Airport Authority, or may be placed on a list of law firms or sole practitioners pre-qualified to represent the Airport Authority on these types of matters on an as-needed basis in which case the Airport Authority would contract with the pre-qualified firms or individuals as lawsuits and other matters arise. A Contractor will perform these legal services in coordination and consultation with the Airport Authority’s General Counsel. Because of the indefinite nature of the work, the actual contract amount for each Contractor selected cannot be determined at this time.
