Summary of Specifications:
The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein for the construction of improvements to Lucas Drive at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) from the Airport East Service Drive to Middlebelt Road. The scope of work includes but is not limited to sidewalk construction, street light replacement, traffic signal replacement, landscaping, and fence replacement as shown in the Attachment C Construction Document drawings and specifications. (The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to Airport Authority Prevailing Wages Requirements.)
