RFQ-160128 - Network and Utilities Infrastructure Engineering and Related Servi

Summary of Specifications:
Responses are being solicited by the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) for the purpose of contracting for engineering, design and related services for multiple electrical and communications utility network capital improvement projects at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) and Willow Run Airport (YIP). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) contains two (2) independent contract opportunities (herein referred to as ‘Packages’). A separate complete Response must be submitted for each package and prospective Respondents may respond to one or both of the Packages. The two (2) packages are: 

Package A: Engineering Design, Construction Administration and Related Services for Electrical Utilities Infrastructure Projects at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County and Willow Run Airports; Package B: Engineering Design, Construction Administration and Related Services for Communications and Security Network Infrastructure Projects at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County and Willow Run Airports. 

The Wayne County Airport Authority reserves the right to award multiple contracts for either of the packages included in this RFQ. However, it is the intent to award one contract for each package. See the information on the next page for obtaining this RFQ and documentation related to this RFQ.
