Summary of Specifications:
INTRODUCTION: Through this Request for Bids (RFB), the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit Bids for the removal and replacement of the high bay heating systems in Hangar #1 located at Willow Run Airport. 

GENERAL INFORMATION: The Wayne County Airport Authority currently oversees operation and maintenance of buildings located at Detroit Metro and Willow Run Airports. Hangar #1 was built in 1942 as an inspection building for the B-24 “Liberator” bombers constructed during World War II. Since then, the facility has housed various types of aircraft for multiple tenants. The building consists of eight (8) bays with a central office area.
