RFP-CV-050411B - Town Hall DDC Controls Upgrade

Summary of Specifications:
The Work of the Project is defined in the Contract Documents dated April 6, 2010 – BIDS and consists of the following: •Provide completely new DDC Controls for Town Hall building, including al new and replaced mechanical equipment. •Retrofit of thirty eight (38) VAV boxes from pneumatic to DDC controls including the replacement of pneumatic ¾” reheat coil valves with electric valves •Retrofit of one (1) constant volume box from pneumatic to DDC controls. •Note that concurrent with this project a separate project will be performing an overall upgrade to HVAC equipment within the Town Hall building. 

A pre-Bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time on April 14, 2011 at the Charter Township of West Bloomfield Town Hall, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
