Summary of Specifications:
West Bloomfield Township issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a Windows-based Leak Noise Correlator. The scope of work involves, but is not limited to, providing and installing Noise Correlation software, hardware and all necessary training and installation support. The Correlation equipment shall be capable of accurately and efficiently pinpointing underground water leaks in water distribution mains.
