ITB-Big 4 PS HVAC - Big 4 Pump Stations HVAC Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
The Work consists of replacement of the primary components of the heating and ventilating system at the Big Four Pump Stations including air handlers, unit heaters, an exhaust fan, boiler, and related piping. Three of the four Pump Stations will be provided with new carbon based odor control systems. Work also includes modifications to existing wall and floor openings, and the replacement of natural gas supply lines.
