The Project consists of constructing approximately 12-feet of 24”, 875-feet of 30”, and 27-feet of 36” sanitary sewer parallel to an existing 24” sanitary sewer under the Huron River near the Snow Road Pump Station. The project includes six (6) new sanitary structures, two (2) sanitary structure removals, significant dewatering and groundwater control, riverbank stabilization, and site restoration.

Bids will be evaluated on the completeness of the Bid package. A Review Committee will evaluate Bids based on the following criteria: A) technical document and presentation, B) cost, C) qualifications, references, and experience, D) subcontractor listing, and E) safety program and risk management.

Bidders are strongly encouraged to schedule at least one (1) confidential meeting with the Review Committee prior to Bid opening from mid-January 2022 to early February 2022. Additional details can be found in the Instructions to Bidders section.
