Specifications include, but are not limited to: Data Gathering - Conduct an in-depth analysis of the DNRC FSO business requirements and existing business processes used by the different sections outlined above through review of current job descriptions, desk manuals, the listing of tasks performed by FSO (see Attachment A) and interviews with FSO staff. Workflow analysis - after conducting the data gathering, do an analysis to understand the existing workflow. Workload analysis - after conducting the data gathering, do an analysis to understand the existing workload. Electronic records management analysis - review and analyze current practices within FSO to manage documents. Gather listing of expected changes in workload and desired improvements in technology and electronic processes in FSO. Identify from the data gathered what is working and not working in FSO. Such as, but not limited to, segregation of duties, DNRC policies and procedures, State and Federal policies and procedures, staff workload, process workflow, etc.
