The successful respondent will provide the following services, working closely with the Historic Preservation Officer, to the Butte-Silver Bow Community Development Department in preparation of the Butte-Silver Bow Historic Revitalization Grant Program: Identify goals & objectives with specific actions, steps, and timelines for administration and execution of HRP grant. Develop, design and draft HRP subgrant program guidelines and accompanying materials. Develop, design and format the HPR subgrant application. Interact with Montana State Historic Preservation Office to ensure subgrant application materials being developed are appropriate. Organize and assist with public participation requirements, community education and outreach, and stakeholder engagement. Design and create HRP budget working with BSB Finance Director and BSB URA Financial & Project Manager. Review the goals, policies and implementation strategies in HRP Subgrant to ensure they will be consistent with the NPS requirements. Maintain consistent and frequent communications with Community Development Staff, to ensure all parties up to date on all matters. Will act as a liaison with representatives of the Nation Park Service and the Montana State Historic Preservation Office, and other parties when necessary.
