The State seeks a website developer/designer to accomplish the following project tasks: Phase 1: Project Management 1) Initiating 2) Planning 3) Design 4) Information Architecture Development 5) Test 6) Implementation 7) Testing Phase 1 DELIVERABLE: Project work plan Phase 2: Theme Development 1) Graphic design services-Develop custom website designs and interfaces, adhering to established standards and guidelines and state developed templates a. Website layouts – homepage, landing pages, secondary and tertiary pages, etc. b. Branding or identity (MISC, UC3 and FBC have established logos) c. Banner ads or promotional graphics to link back to other resources (e.g. ‘Don’t Let it Loose,’ Clean Drain Dry,’ ‘Play Clean Go’ campaigns d. Provide and/or purchase on behalf of the customer, photographs and images for use in design of websites (as approved by DNRC) e. Brainstorm/discuss design of materials for all administrative attachments; finalize materials for each Phase 2 DELIVERABLES: 1) Invasivespecies.mt.gov: Level 1, 2, 3 wireframes and style guide 2) Flatheadbasincommission.mt.gov: Level 1 wireframes and style guide 3) Initial discussion and scope decision of promotional materials
