The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Special Procurement Operations Center (SPOC) East Office has a service requirement for an Illustrator capable of performing design, layout and administrative support for NTDP publications. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement.
