The University of Montana is requesting a bid for a weekly, full-color printing of the Montana Kaimin, to be available for distribution in Missoula on Wednesdays during the academic year. The publication run shall be 4,000 per run and 12- lssues per semester. Estimated Annual Usage for the term of the contract: $25,000.00. Usage: The dollar amount is given as an estimate only, and in no way represents a guaranteed amount to be spent for the period of the contract. Any increase to this contract must receive prior written approval from Procurement Services. Specifications: • Tabloid size: 10.5" x 10.25' (with or without a tab) • Full-and partial-color, using the University's supplied .pdfs. • Newsprint: Regular weekly run -27# Newsprint Special Supplement "as needed" -34# 72-brlght paper. • Delivered to a single point near downtown Missoula no later than noon on Wednesday each week. • Publication runs: Regular run each week -2,500 Special Supplement "as needed' -2,500 • Guaranteed Fixed pricing for three years (through June 30, 2020). • First production run to be delivered on December 12, 2024 no later than noon. • Final copy submission for print shall be Tuesday 3am.
