This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ)
This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $16.5 million.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-09-10, Award will be a firm fixed price contract. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation will not be made available.

Project location: This project is located at the Anaconda Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center approximately eight miles west of Anaconda Montana on State Highway 1. The address is 1407 Foster Creek Road, Anaconda, MT, 59711. Driving directions can be obtained by calling the Center at (406) 563-8700.
On Site Scheduling:
Between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

The offeror shall return the following documents with your quote to be considered responsive to this solicitation:
1. Offeror shall submit SF-1442 and Section B – Pricing.
2. Offeror shall submit a Technical Proposal. See provision 452.215-71 of this solicitation for Instructions on the Preparation of Technical Proposals, located above Section M.
3. Acknowledge any Solicitation Amendments in Block 19 of the SF 1442
