The 2019 floods caused significant damage to the Missouri River Bank Stabilization and Navigation Project (BSNP) structures. The damaged structures include revetments, dikes, kickers, L-head dikes, and vanes. These structures are critical to maintaining a navigation channel on the Missouri River. Under this construction contract, the contractor will rehabilitate critical damaged BSNP structures by adding quarried rock to replace areas of deterioration. In areas with substantial loss of structural material, the work will effectively rebuild parts of the structure. The project location extends from River Mile 611 to 498 on the Missouri River in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri.
