The Project consists of the renovation of an approximately 3,900 square foot Senior Center, with an approximately 310 square foot solarium addition. The center is slab on grade and will utilize metal stud framing to develop interior spaces to include a serving kitchen, restrooms, office, exercise and multi-use rooms, storage and other support areas. The exterior finishes are existing and will remain. Aluminum door and window assemblies will be incorporated into existing openings. The solarium addition includes aluminum storefront systems, stone veneer, standing seam metal roof and siding materials. All required site, framing, masonry, finishing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work shall be included under this contract.
