Our installation has several customized features that are now available ‘out of the box’, and some have been transitioned out as part of the software upgrade when it makes sense. Some of the customizations not available ‘out of the box’ include: ● Space Survey with three options: Building survey, Department survey, and Indirect Cost (F&A) survey ● Edit Employee Information Form - to allow multiple locations, edit phone, mailstop, add grant account to research space outside of a survey. ● Highlight Drawings with Edit Employee Information form integrated. ● Space Console to include secondary locations. Several integrations are custom and will need to be supported including: ● Location information from Archibus to Workday ● Employee information from Workday to Archibus ● Employee primary location, phone, and mailstop from Workday to Archibus ● Business unit (Division), Division (Dean/Director), and Department supervisory organizations from Workday to Archibus ● Job Family from Workday to Archibus (employee standards) ● Email address from Oracle Database to Archibus for employee and afm_users ● UNLV’s Identity and Access Management SSO for login.
