The contractor shall remove all existing carpets in hallways areas, scrap glue, prep concrete floor and apply a polish finish. Project will need to be done in two phases and include two mobilizations. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to effectively fulfill all the requirements of this contract. The geographical locations that you are willing to serve must be specified in your bid proposal. +/- 3,626 square feet of carpet to be removed. +/- 995 linear feet 4 4-inch vinyl cove base removal. Install a new 4 4-inch vinyl cove base. Cut carpet back at door termination 42 doors (determined by office of the military) Installation of transition strips in all doorway areas. Prep existing concrete for a polish finish. Old carpet/flooring removal and disposition/recycle/removal of all existing carpets regardless of fiber type without any damage to the substrate floor. All old carpet flooring and related debris must be removed from plot boundaries.
