Replacement of Controls and Control Valves ● Detailed quotes and submittals for the replacement of all current Phoenix Controls, control valves, and all related components to ensure the functionality of the fume hoods within the building. ● All replacements shall adhere to industry standards and manufacturer specifications. ● The replacement process shall be conducted systematically to minimize disruption to building occupants and activities. Installation of Upgraded Controls or Compatible Alternatives ● Upon assessment and consultation and approval with the NSU, the contractor shall replace/demo previous controls with non-venturi valves and controls. Controls and valves selected must be integrated into the existing infrastructure seamlessly. ● The selected controls shall meet the functional requirements of the building while offering improved performance and energy efficiency. ● Provide points list of available pass-through points. ● Provide alarming points list. ● Installation shall be carried out with precision and attention to detail to ensure proper functionality and longevity of the new control systems. ● All functions, data points and existing displayed points to be displayed on existing graphics pages of the installed Building Management System (BMS) front end. Control System Integration ● Perform a full integration of control systems into the existing building infrastructure. ● Integration shall include programming, testing, and calibration to ensure seamless operation. ● Compatibility with existing building systems and equipment shall be verified and addressed during the integration process.
