This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the project POLICE DEPARTMENT REMODEL as described in the specifications and shown in the plans. Work includes the alteration of various areas within the first floor of the existing Police Department. These alterations include demolition of existing walls and facilities and the construction of new walls and facilities to achieve the new floor plan layout. This work will include framing, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinklers and alarms, HVAC, and drywall, texture and paint, and the construction of new suspended ceilings along with millwork, doors, and hardware.
