Specifications include, but are not limited to: In this RFP, OSIT requires the following services. Bidders, or bidders together with their subcontractors, must be able to provide all the services listed below. Compile and assess national and other publicly available data on adoption, device access, affordability of residential high-speed broadband, and digital literacy rates in Nevada as a whole, in its varying geographies, and based on the covered populations identified by the NTIA. Assist in the creation of surveys and questions to be used by meeting facilitators in community outreach meetings and other outreach methods. Note- this RFP does not contemplate that the winning bidder will be required to conduct the surveys or participate directly in the community outreach meetings. Compile and assess data gathered through stakeholder outreach and contribute to the report. Assist in the inventory and assessment of existing digital equity efforts and assets in all counties in order to identify local digital equity and broadband adoption programs that show promising results and reach or potential partners for future digital equity programmatic collaboration. Make recommendations to OSIT to be included in the report regarding initiatives that could close the digital divide.
