Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is seeking a single Supplier to provide enterprise-class network equipment for replacement, upgraded and new equipment acquisitions. Installation and configuration services are not required. Each classroom is wired for Internet access and has Wi-Fi services available. The District’s data communicates network is a converged network hosting data, voice, and video. The District’s Wide Area Network consists of leased dark fiber to most metropolitan area networks as well as a variety of networking topologies to small and rural locations. The Supplier shall provide and support all equipment procured under this Invitation to Bid. The Supplier shall ensure that all equipment operates and interacts properly in accordance with the intent of the Invitation to Bid specifications, and industry standards. The District shall not be responsible for errors and/or omissions on the part of the Supplier, nor will any cost allowance be permitted for such errors. This provision does not prevent the Supplier from enlisting assistance from third parties (i.e. various manufacturers or consultants); however, the Supplier shall be ultimately responsible for performance of this Agreement.
