A. The Authority hosts many of our Familiarization trips over high demand events such as NASCAR, NFL Draft, Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon, National Finals Rodeo, Las Vegas Bowl, NBA All-Star Game, UFC, Championship Boxing, Open PGA Tournament, NCAA’s Pac-12, and many others. B. Destinations for transports include, but are not limited to hotel transfers, airport pickups and drop offs, casino “hopping”, restaurants, show destinations, travel agent/tour operator/media familiarization trips, golf transfers, and other transportation services as directed by the Authority. On average the LVCVA will execute up to 300 transfers annually. C. The Authority will provide detailed instructions for each service request within 1-3 weeks of an event. However, there may be circumstances where the Authority will request services with less notice and sometimes within 24 hours. From time to time the Authority may require transportation within one hour. D. Most requests for transportation services from authorized Authority staff shall be sent via e-mail to the Successful Proposer(s). A written confirmation via e-mail or fax shall be provided by the Successful Proposer(s) within 24 hours of request. E. If the Successful Proposer(s) cannot provide the requested service, the Authority reserves the right to contract with another provider. F. In the event of a cancellation of service the Authority will make every effort to provide cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service. G. The Authority reserves the right to make modifications to services as requested. H. Double booking of time slot is not permitted. I. Two Hour minimums will be waived for transfers of less than 3 miles. J. Transportation may be needed 24/7/365.
