The successful Operator shall utilize a 115-ton hydraulic crane and have experience installing floats in marine applications. Each Spring floats shall be moved from winter storage and placed into the water, and each Fall floats shall be removed from the water and placed into winter storage. Additionally, the successful Operator must provide: 1. Certified Crane Operator: • The Operator shall provide a Certified Crane operator for all lifting operations. The Operator must be fully certified and qualified under relevant OSHA regulations and other applicable standards. 2. Certified Riggers: • The Operator shall supply designated Certified Riggers to handle rigging tasks, including hooking up loads, managing tag lines if necessary, and unhooking loads. These tasks must be performed in accordance with OSHA requirements and industry best practices. 3. Counterweights and Transportation: • The Operator is responsible for providing all necessary counterweights required for each lift at the job location. This includes transportation to and from the job site.
