QUANTITY & FORMAT: This is a multi-issue contract for Nine (9) magazine issues to be published over the course of about 3-1/2 years. The first issue is Spring 2025 and the last issue in Winter 2027. The quantity is 3,000 copies per issue. This is an 8-1/2” x 11” 12-page Self-Cover saddle stitched booklet, printed in process color with bleeds. STOCK: White 70 lb. #2 grade or better gloss text having FSC certification and at least 50% total recovered fiber, including at least 25% postconsumer waste content, such as Burgo “Chorus Art Gloss” text. Please note that this specification requires a higher level of recycled content and environmental certification than normal for NH State printing jobs. DESIGN: None by vendor. PAGE MAKEUP: Provided in PC InDesign CS5 with hard copy for reference. Vendor must be able to accept this format and is responsible for any conversion charges. PROOFS: Printer must provide a hard-copy contract-quality color proof of each issue, bound and trimmed to size. Ink coverage will be heavy with full bleeds throughout. NH Fish and Game Dept. considers high print quality in this publication to be very important. If halftone screening is employed in the printing, a screen ruling of 175 lines per inch or higher is required; if printing digitally, a print resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi or higher is required. BINDING & FINISHING: Fold and gather as needed, saddlestitch on the 11” spine and trim 3-sides to a finished size of 8-1/2” x 11”. PACKING: Each issue: bulk pack in cartons weighing not more than 40 lbs. each. Mark contents clearly on the outside of each carton.
