Specifications include, but are not limited to: Summer maintenance will include, but not limited to, the following: Regular maintenance and cleaning of entrance area of parking garage, and trash removal throughout the parking garage.; Weekly spot sweeping of debris, at entrance and stairwells; Keeping all roof/floor drains clear of debris; Small maintenance and cleaning projects as needed (i.e. pressure washing, cleaning windows, etc.); Winter maintenance will include, but not limited to, the following: Snow clearing and treating of sidewalk entrance to parking garage; to ensure pedestrian safety; Snow clearing and treating of vehicle entrance to parking garage; to ensure vehicular safety; Snow clearing and treating top floor and a half of the parking garage; treatment must be Calcium Magnesium Acetate (CMA), or equivalent
