SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: a. Spring cleanup would start typically in late April, once the snow has melted. Clean up consists of clearing up all leaves, twigs, branches, and debris left over from the previous winter. All debris must be hauled offsite. b. Weekly mowing from April 2025-October 2025. At times, mowing can increase to 2 mowings per week. Mowing services include weed whacking, leftover grass pickup, blowing down and clearing of all walkways, parking lots and hard surfaces. Leaf/pine needle pickup is also included as part ofthe service, in the fall each year. All debris must be hauled offsite. c. Sports field mowing at Rundlett Middle School, must work in coordination with the middle school athletic director. Timing is critical to mow first, then the school will line the fields after, making the fields ready for sporting events. The district requests the contractor communicates with the athletic director to ensure the striping ofthe fields coordinates with game usage.
